In his career as a player, Santiago Bernabeu fought 16 seasons at Real Madrid, and if his era as president of the club is full of successes and brilliance, then his career as a player is no less impressive, as he achieved with the regional team nine championships and the Spanish Cup between 1911 and 1928, Bernabeu scored 70 goals in 80 official games in which he played in white jersey, which is a major achievement.

Santiago Bernabeu was born in Albacete on June 8, 1895, and was appointed President of Real Madrid in 1943, and led him to dominate local and European titles and tournaments, most notably 6 European Cups, 1 Intercontinental Cup, two Latin Cup titles, 16 Spanish League titles and 6 Spanish King Cup titles.
